NPCs you have met (or heard about, in some cases)

Creepy Buglady -- Haven't met her yet (don't really want to) She paid the stupid thief to deliver a message to Summer Twilight and probably doesn't know he totally botched the job and is now dead. We met her again in Alcon, where she was doing something evil to the Starstone, and had Dudley and Mel and Thorinn prisoners. She's dead now, too.

Dex Riley -- The ever popular person the party has been seeking in order to find Osrik's father. ...and Chaedi's "true love." The party finally encounters him in the undead-ridden temple outside of the massacred village of Pel. He joins the party, since they are also headed toward Alcon, where he says his party is.We finally discovered, in Alcon, that Dex is NOT a human. The real Dex is long dead, killed in a trap, and the Dex/Bob creature is a shifter who took his place. Dudley knew about the deception, and the creature seems relatively "nice", but his main loyalty is to the 3 others of his kind we set free from their prisons in Alcon. He has now parted ways in relative friendship with the party.

Elder Potrass, Relim Potrass - The Potrass Family are the leading family of commoners in Lys. The Elder likes Osrik. Relim is Elder Potrass' nephew and runs the Piebald Mare Inn in Lys.

Elhar - a merchant/scholar in Tisloch, who comes from the south. He buys "old art and artifacts" and such from Karol Veg. He is apparently very wealthy, and trades in spices. He also buys herbs. Karol tells us Elhar has "half the river traffic sewn up". We're not sure he's a good or honest man, but have never met him.

Emerik -- Osrik's brother, the slave of Lord Andoth, who was taken to an unknown destintation in the north, possibley the Forest of Grinn. The party hasn't been formally introduced to him, either.

Forlarrin - a group of nobles of Kinergh who are united in resisting the restoration of the Duke to the Kingship. They fear loss of their own powers should he ascend the throne as his ancestors once did. They refuse to believe that great evil lingers even after the Green Adept's (apparent) defeat, and have begun undermining the Duke again.

Gardon Mor - village resident already present at Vim

Girl from the Golden Carp Inn, in Tisloch - she carried an aborted message from us to Talia, getting kidnapped by the Sewer King's ratmen in the process. She seemed brave and honest, and loyal to the Silver Company.

Green Adept - an evil sorcerer who is supposed to be dead. Ruled an army from his tower in the Forest of Grinn. We fear he or his dragon-knights have returned to do more evil. We're headed for Vim to investigate.

Gro Hadan -- Some old guy Cinoi encounters at the Well of Stars [where he ran off to on his own, not caring that his teammates were in battle and being burned alive by flaming skeletons!]Cinoi learned a great deal of lore from him. We intend to go back there, near Pel, north of Vim, someday.

Hexing Bones (Goblin) -- magic man of the goblins near Vim. He is the one who bargained the party into attacking the Green Adept's ruined tower in return for promising to make peace with the local humans.

Innkeeper from the Golden Carp Inn, Tisloch - friendly with the Silver Company, he helped us gear up to go back to Vim.

Jack Handalf - son of Thondar Handalf - lives in a manor to the north. He fights bugbears, quite successfully, with his marvelous hunting cat companion.

Karol Veg - a merchant met on the Old Road (at the Old Road Inn outside Tisloch). He was fascinated by Thorinn, and by the idea of worshipping dragons. He tells us that his cousin Thornor Veg lives in Vim, and that he sells "old stuff" rescued from ruins to a merchant in Tisloch named Elhar. We worry that Karol and his type may fall easily under the sway of the Green Adept's dragon-knights.

Lieutenant Sodrass - The second in command of the garrison at Lys. Proven to be crooked. Run out of town, the party eventually meets him again sending a shipment of gold from the sale of slaves to goblins. He is killed and the gold becomes ours.

Lord Andoth -- an Air Knight (dragon rider) who once followed the Green Adept and was holed up in his ruined tower until the party messed that up for him. He has Osrik's brother captive and took off with him somewhere to the north, most likely in the Forest of Grinn. The party hasn't been formally introduced. He's a very bad dude. There may be as many as 4 dragons in the Forest of Grinn. And the Green Adept may not be dead...

Loxara -- Young Vilmian girl Cinoi "interrogated." We later hear a rumor that she's telling tales of the party's great adventuring prowess.

Max - a robot bartender whom Alecsa has rescued from Alcon, and sent home to her family, wherever they live. She thinks it will make a neat addition to their property. Note that the rest of the party benefits not a bit from this!

Mistress Zorba -- Vilmian fortune teller, astrological chart maker, and seller of nifty magical items. She sold Chaedi a magic orb and told fortunes to Chaedi and Alecsa. We met her a second time, and got more fortunes told. She's a nice, but weird, old bird.

Murthond -- Friend of Dudley, Dex, and their party for whom they do jobs from time to time. The party finally met him briefly (at the Dwarf Mine near Alcon) and were given a token by him to take back to Tisloch. It turned out to be a medallion of the Silver Company, which when shown to Talia in Tisloch, has allowed us to become associates of that Company, which serves the Duke. Murthond has two brothers, Silthond and Chilthond (we've never met Chilthond).

Owner of Fergus the boar/pig -- A little old lady encountered living in a hut on the Feywild side of the Golnath Haud statue room. I don't think we ever learned her name.

Priest at the Otillis lodge near Vim -- Didn't get his name, but he gives them information about Dex and Osrik's family, promising to relay a message for him if he sees them.

Roger -- man of Dannic's (at Vim) who helped the party fight in the Green Adept's ruined tower. He was actually helpful, unlike his boss.

Sewer King of Tisloch (aka Skikker) - may be a bad guy, may not (but likely is). He has favored the Duke in the past, but may now be taking money from the Forlarrin. We have agreed to be on the lookout for his son, who may have fallen into the company of the Green Adept's followers.

Silent Warrior (Goblin) -- (really, he did speak) the big warrior protector of the goblins in the Vim area. He works with Hexing Bones to convince the party to attack the Green Adept's ruined tower. He also promised to try to make peace with the local humans.

Silthond - Ranger of Otillis (has brothers Murthond and Chilthond). Knows Dex (Chaedi is looking for him). Silthond is escorting the villagers of Vim back to their home. He is friendly to the party.

Sir Dannic - The Lord of Vim. He is accompanying the expedition to repopulate Vim. He is vain and pompous.

Sir Dudley Whitehelm - Chaedi is looking for him. He's her "true love", supposedly. Chaedi and Dudley have now been reunited and seem quite happy travelling together.

Sir Galyhuld - captain of the military at Castle Halys; seems intelligent. Chaedi liked him. A lot! But it was only a one night fling!

Sir Garnhelm - The local garrison commander of the garrison guarding the village of Lys. Shamed by proof that Sodrass was a criminal, he seems to be doing a better job now...

Snerlop -- goblin imprisoned in the Green Adept's runined tower. He claims he is the king of the goblins and is anti-Green Adept. Cinoi set him free to see if he will fight Hexing Bones for control of the local goblin horde.

Stupid Theif -- name unknown, he was stupid enough to dart the cleric when the toking druid left town and he was too lazy to get up in time to deliver a note to her. He picked on the wrong party and now lies dead among the undead, in Tisloch.

Summer Twilight - tree-hugger priestess of Yiliki (druid?). Nutso, cannot tell a straight story to save her life. What does she smoke? She is, apparently, a member of the Silver Company, although I'm not sure why they want her!

Talia - wizardess who is head of Operations for the Silver Company. Loyal to the Duke of Tisloch and devoted to the cause of making him King of Kinergh. May be in love with Sir Dudley Whitehelm.

Thondar Handalf - Jack's father, we rescued him from captivity by the Goblins. He helped Vellerik escort the other slaves back to the Dwarf Mine, and then headed home. As far as we know, he went back to Jack and is now living at home with his son, killing bugbears.

Thornor Veg - a "rich villager" in Vim. Relative of the merchant Karol Veg. Finds and buys "old junk" from ruins, battlefields, etc... and sends it to his cousin for resale.

Thoth Magom -- villager of Vim who was found imprisoned in the Green Adept's ruined tower. He didn't seem particularly missed and was accused of setting the Dex party up in an ambush.

Vellerik -- Osrik and Emerik's father who is no longer missing. Actually, the party has only heard talk of him. But since he's supposedly still alive, they might get to meet him. Information now indicates he's in Alcon with Sir Dudley and others, searching for the tomb of a dwarven king. We rescued him outside Alcon, from goblins to whom he'd been sold as a slave. He helped us get into Alcon, but did not go back there himself. He didn't know what had happened to Dudley, nor anything about Dex.

Vicarus Sesba - Priest of Klay at Lys. Not an entirely bad guy.

White Dragon - a young thing, he was "working with" the goblins. We more or less defeated him and demanded he help us attack the goblin fort. We succeeded, but I'm not sure he felt it was a "fair deal". He told us something about his mother and other dragons, but I don't remember what.
